Requirements for All Positions:

You must be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the United States, and willing to undergo a background check that includes drug screening.

Automotive Sales Consultant

Requirements:

• Must Be Nice!
• Have a desire to succeed/self-motivated
• Be willing to promote yourself via social media in a professional manner
• Have a customer-oriented attitude
• Willing to work in a team environment with a healthy dose of competitiveness
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be willing to work nights and weekends (schedule to be determined during hiring process)

Responsibilities:

Must spend 60 to 90 days in BDC bootcamp for training, even if you are experienced, to learn how to:

• Navigate the CRM
• Handle incoming Internet leads
• Make 100 phone calls/text/emails per day
• Memorize and internalize word tracks
• Complete and understand Sellchology
• Understand how to effectively use the EZ Referral Network
• Meet with the marketing department to come up with a brand which includes a URL/personal website/business cards
• Continue all of those same responsibilities upon graduating BDC bootcamp and transferring to the showroom floor
